After starting his construction career in commercial fit-out, Joe has specialised in prime- and super-prime construction since 2014.
He has completed residential, commercial and multi-use spaces in some of Central London’s most coveted locations, overcoming logistical constraints in the heart of Belgravia, Saville Row, Notting Hill and Chelsea. Developing his skills with some of the City’s top Main Contractors, he has honed a holistic approach to both the commercial and operational aspects of a project, being conscious of programme and momentum as well as the financials.
Joe has undertaken projects for International clients, Property Developers multinational companies. He also has experience working directly for UHNW families, assisting them in managing building projects as a client consultant. Passionate, driven and customer focussed, he knows that quality and value for money are key.
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Jack has worked on some of the most prestigious projects in London. Having grown his carpentry and joinery firm over decades, he is a well-respected and trusted name in the industry, working with companies such as ISG, Candy & Candy, Walter Lilly, and LTS.
Jack has also carried out dozens of projects as Developer and Main Contractor, delivering high-end refurbishments and remodels of apartments across Central London. Jack brings vast experience and a well-considered approach to the process.
John has over 40 years of experience in the industry across multiple disciplines. Having worked within the realms of design, consultancy, contracting, and client organizations, he has broad experience in the delivery of complex, prime quality, and commercially demanding construction projects.
Covering most market sectors from commercial, arts, retail, restaurant, science, hotel, leisure, education, industrial, production, and high-end residential, he has a reputation for dealing with challenging projects to bring them to satisfactory conclusions. John has held responsibility for multiple multi-million-pound projects concurrently with turnovers in excess of £100 million, as well as sole responsibility for single large projects of values in excess of £100 million.
Innovative, creative, and with strong technical design management skills, John’s practical and hands-on approach is invaluable whilst always driving to adhere to commercial constraints.
